Nick's work concentrates on figurative themes, sometimes becoming comic allegories, bearing words or a tongue in cheek message. His jewellery is finely detailed and made in oxidised silver incorporating highlights of gold.

Nick has been working in metal for over 25 years, devoting a good part of the time to model making, specialising in small, intricately sculpted figures. Continuing his love of miniatureisation into his present work, he makes affordable jewellery and larger exhibition pieces.

1976 : Graduated from Birmingham's School of Jewellery.

1978 : Set up his own workshop with wife Jean in the centre of Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter.
